Marc Bachrach directs the MindSkills Center in Southern California. This hypnotherapy practice and professional training center has been in operation since 1979.

With 30 years of experience, Bachrach has conducted worldwide tours while also hosting an afternoon Los Angeles radio show on hypnosis and the mind. As a professional voiceover artist and licensed hypnotherapist, Marc offers a rapid, no- nonsense approach to smoking cessation, stress management, phobia/fear elimination, and performance and professional improvement for world-class athletes.

Michael J. Rosen, CFRE, is president of ML Innovations, Inc. Prior to this, Michael co-founded The Development Center, a pioneering direct mail and telephone fundraising company established in 1982 and sold in 1997.

Rosen is an alumnus of Temple University where he majored in journalism. He served as the Editor of The Yardley News before redirecting his attention to the development profession.

Rosen wrote the bestselling book, Donor-Centered Planned Gift Marketing(John Wiley & Sons) for which he won the AFP-Skystone Partners Prize for Research in Fundraising and Philanthropy. He has represented AFP in testimony before the Federal Trade Commission.

He also owned a radio station and art gallery in Southwest Michigan.  During this time, he assisted the nonprofit sector with the promotion and founding of the Kalamazoo Air Zoo andcreated a fund-raising gala to save  the  State Theatre in Kalamazoo, Michigan, a legendary John Eberson atmospheric design. Harry has been a sales training consultant for numerous companies such as United Phonebook Publishers. He has also successfully managed and co-owned a telemarketing firm.  Harry teaches common sense sales techniques that give students the skills they need to create a compelling close and ultimate buy-in by the customer.

Carrie Roberts is nationally renowned as a motivational speaker and trainer. She has served as faculty for the Center for Non-Proft Management in Los Angeles, the City of Los Angeles, and the Ventura County Community Foundation. She has worked as a senior grant writer with UCSB and as program officer of the Flintridge Foundation. She is also a member of the eCivis Grant Writers Referral Network.

Roberts holds a Master of Arts in Sociology from the University of Victoria, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from California State University, San Bernardino. She is pursuing her PhD in Public Administration from Walden University.

Roberts founded For the Charitable Community, Inc. out of great concern for the needs of nonprofit organizations. She has spent the past twenty years working with nonprofits, helping them raise money and meet their organizational mandates. Roberts has a reputation for delivering high-energy presentations that motivate nonprofits to achieve programmatic goals and funding levels they never thought possible. During the course of her career, Carrie has raised over $80 million dollars in grants for organizations and has taught other nonprofits to raise millions themselves.
